Only registered users may participate in the sponsorship program. In accordance with the program description, participants do not and will not own an acre within the park, but are only sponsors of that particular acre for the period of one year. Program participants should not contact ParkShares in attempt to purchase any acres within the park.

Sponsors should only attempt to access or visit their sponsored acre of the park if it is located in a public area and is publicly accessible by the use of marked trails. Sponsors must abide by all park rules and regulations during that time.

ParkShares does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message posted on personal acre pages. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of ParkShares, CVNPA, its staff, or any entity associated with it.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the ParkShares personal acre pages to post any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or violative of U.S. law. You agree not to post material that in the opinion of the editorial staff fosters or promotes activity that is illegal in the U.S.

You also agree, through your use of this service, to abide by all previously stated terms and regulations. Any sponsor who does not comply with the terms stated in this document will lose their current or future sponsorship opportunities and may be punishable by law.
